Yoga

Stretch and strengthen your body with Hatha Yoga.

Wednesday night Hatha Yoga in Fawkner class is suitable for all levels and age groups. This is a friendly class is taught by Shuddha who has been teaching Yoga and Meditation since 2005.

Class will start with joint rotation warm ups followed with standing and seated postures, we will conclude with a guided relaxation.

As this is a small class you will receive individualized attention and correction when needed.
